a note on YOUR BASE MIX: We recommend sourcing your base mix (recipe below) **LOCALLY** if possible. Various peat moss alternatives are available at your discretion and experimentation. Horse manure is an excellent readily available 1:1 peat moss substitute. Watch the storefront for new aeration options we will soon provide.

A note on practical uses of this material:

This dry amendment craft mix can be applied as a top dressing ‘re-amend’ ideal for flowering cannabis/other crops ( simply sprinkle over the soil surface and water it in) , OR use this mix to build a new batch of soil suitable for cannabis growing to the full strength ratios we have provided.  Lighter ratios can be used for lighter needs like veggie and herb growing, however, we recommend mixing to full strength for a long term no-till scenario for any crop as the mix can be planted in full strength with no “burn” / no waiting for it to be “ready” email us with questions regarding your set up/base mix or gas mix ratios for desired use: livingorganicsoil@gmail.com 

**Base Soil Recipe to add Gas Mix Into:

1 Part Canadian Sphagnum Peatmoss

1 Part Premium Quality Compost / ewc to personal taste

1 Part Aeration like lava rock/pumice or perlite

A note on bio-char~

*1/3 of the aeration amendment can be substituted with bio-char - a great option for longevity / nontill beds or container gardening
